Adam Lim, President & Founder
Adam leads the company as the owner and President of NI. Adam is a former Army Engineer Officer with many years of experience in combat and garrison environments. He has led teams from 3 to 117 Soldiers as a Sapper Platoon Leader, Construction Company Executive Officer, and a SOF Engineer. He has served in prestigious units such as the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and the 160th SOAR. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from West Point, NY, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, and a SAFe 4.0 Agilist (SA) certification.
