The Solar IP CCTV System (SICS) provides rapid deployment surveillance and internet connectivity in remote areas to provide seamless HD monitoring for high-security operations anywhere in the world.



We were awarded a contract by Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) to design and build a bespoke Solar Powered IP Camera system for TCO’s Future Growth Project and Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP).

Our Solar IP CCTV System (SICS) has been successfully deployed in the region. In a truly collaborative project, our patented system was specifically designed to operate in extreme environments (-50C to +80C) to deliver reliable HD surveillance across TCO’s wireless network.


The SICS’s collapsible solar array generates enough year-round renewable electricity to power the onboard electronics and heat the cabinet during cold weather.


Our proprietary software is integrated onto the local CCTV VMS providing live health status, power usage and consumption data. This stream is overlaid on the live HD surveillance.

The systems provide the site security teams with an autonomous rapidly deployable surveillance camera in areas that would otherwise be too costly to install.

We are now discussing additional projects and system variations for further deployments in the region.

The Solar IP CCTV System (SICS) was designed in response to the challenge of delivering wireless surveillance in remote and corrosive environments combined with extreme weather conditions enabling seamless HD monitoring for high security operations across a wide geographic area, such as the Tengiz oil field.
